School Improvement Committee

School Improvement Council (SIC)

The School Improvement Council (SIC) at ACE is a group of parents, students, teachers, and community members who work together to support the success of our school. The SIC helps ensure that our programs prepare students for both college and careers by keeping them connected to community needs and workforce expectations.

What the SIC does:

• Shares feedback and ideas with school leadership to improve student achievement.

• Helps shape and monitor ACE’s School Improvement Plan.

• Builds partnerships with local businesses and organizations to expand opportunities for students.

• Promotes ACE’s mission and advocates for resources that benefit our students.

The SIC serves as an important link between ACE and the community. Together, we work to make sure every student has the tools, training, and support needed to succeed after graduation.
